Finally....
 

So 9-10 months later, my body finally decided that it's lost the fight. I've stuck to my guns and stayed on track (definitely difficult when there are no results) and it's paying off. It seems I have broken the plateau I've been dealing with since March of last year! I will practically throw a party when that scale gets below 160 for the first time in years. 1 more pound to go for that goal. :carrot:
