Do you know of a great inspirational weight loss book?
 

I'd like to read a really awesome weight loss book this weekend (not the fad diet kind), but maybe a book from someone's perspective who has been there.... or anything that is just motivational and inspiring and an easy read. :) Anyone have any suggestions?
