I was in a restaurant last night, and this guy came up to me. I haven't seen him since I was in high school, maybe, when I weighed about 100 lbs soaking wet. I had a MAJOR crush on him when I was in junior high. Like... the kind of crush that obsesses young girls. Admittedly, I haven't thought about him since I was 12, but still... lol

He recognized me right away. I was thrilled! Obviously, I haven't gained so much weight or changed so much that he didn't recognize me. (Or maybe I just need a new haircut? Mine is so dated.)

Even better... I was on a date night with Hubby, so dressed all hot in a mini skirt and a tight sweater. I felt awesome to know someone who I hadn't seen in years still recognizes me.

What an awesome experience!!! Teenage you must be squealing just a bit!
