Ughhh had stomach flu last night and had last 3 1/2 lbs this morning....how i wish it would stay off

Isn't it funny/weird how sometimes we'll take being sick if it means that we lose more weight? But, as you're alluding to, losing it for this reason usually means that you'll gain it back once back on your usual schedule. But my fingers are crossed for you. Let's hope that having the flu at least paid off somehow. :-)
