Surprisingly good weigh-in!
 

Some of you may remember that I posted (yesterday, I think?) about being semi-panicked regarding the less-than-stellar week I've had, and my apprehension about getting on the scale.

But I was pleasantly surprised...I lost 1.8 pounds! I'll take it. *L*

I am now officially in the 140s for the first time in....well, years. (JUST in the 140s, mind you...149.8...but still...I'm there!) and I am thrilled. I'm back on track now and am determined to keep going. I've set myself a new goal: I want to be at my goal weight by my birthday, May 22 (I have 24.8 pounds to go!)

Just wanted to share this with all of you, and thank you all for the great supportive comments I received. :hug:

congratulations!! that's awesome!! I know how exciting it is to step on the scale and see a great loss when you were expecting a total flop :) good luck to you on reaching your goal by your birthday!!
