Post & Keep Track of Your Measurements
I saw a thread like this on a calorie counting forum once, and I thought it was interesting to see different heights and measurements.
I think it would be a neat idea for us to post our measurements every month or every few weeks -- or just whenever we have lost inches. I'm trying to think more in inches, rather than in pounds right now. Current Measurements Height: 5'2" Bust: 38" Underbust: 34" Waist: 31" Hips: 41" |

Great idea - I always like to see how different people carry their weight, even at the same heights.

I just saw this. Here are my current measurements:
Weight: 165lbs Bust: 40" Underbust: 29" Waist: 31" Belly Button: 33" High Hip: ~36" (still varies a lot) Hips: 39-40" Thighs: 24" Upper Arms: 13" Calves: 13" Clothing size: 6-8 Since everyone here is taking their measurements I was wondering if you could take a minute and fill out my Underbust Survey (it's to help with proper bra fittings and sizings). :) |

I just did a round of measuring today:
Weight: 119 pounds Bust: 37" Underbust: 30" Waist: 25" Hips: 34.5" Neck: 12" Upper Arms: 10" Forearm: 9" Annnd it looks like that money I was going to use to buy clothes will have to go to new bras! I am not a 32DD any more... |

Just Finished Wk1- SO HAPPY!!
Hi! I am in day 2 of Week 2 and had my first weigh in yesterday~ Down 6.8lbs, and 6.75 INCHES!! I am psyched! Feel teriffic and love the support of this forum. It has answered many questions for me during the past week and I love the positive reinforcement! Congrats to everyone- it is a great thing to finally be taking care of ourselves:cb:!!

I haven't really measured my WHOLE body yet, but I was wondering if I could start off with my saddest spots :)
Current weight : 230.6 lbs Current height : 5'6" (guessing that I won't be growing much taller at this age hehe) Waist : 39.5" Hips : 50" Looking on the bright side, according to some online hip/waist ratio calculator, since I have a pear shape, my risk is slightly lower for heart problems. I'll take anything positive I can get so don't you go bursting my bubble! :) |
Down another inch on my under-bust, now if my hips & tummy would catch up :p Looks like my bra size is a 32DD now, oh the ever changing bra size.

I'm stuck between 143.4 and 146.6 and it's very frustrating so I thought I'd start taking other measurements once a week to see if there's a change elsewhere.

It's been almost a month since my last post, so I thought it was interesting that i"m only down 2 pounds since then, but my new measurements are:
bust: 41 (same) waist: 36 (down 1) hips: 54 (down 1) So I guess while I was on my endless plateau (2 months plus) I was actually shrinking a bit and gaining more muscle. YAY! :carrot: |

So it's been 2 weeks.. changed measurements in bold.
Height: 5ft 9 Weight 144.0lbs 144.6 Waist: 27.5" 27" Hips: 38" 37.5" Bust: 34" Underbust: 29" Thighs: 23" Upper Arm: 11" 10.5" Wrist: 6" Neck: 13" So despite the weight plateau I'm frustratingly stuck in I've lost half an inch from my waist, hips and upper arm! So a total of 1.5 inches lost. That's nice :D |
It's been awhile since I posted my too (beyond the waist measurement above) so here they are right now (my new ones are in red and some of the measurements I need to redo):

Well it's been 2 months since the last measurements, 2 and a half since the initial and there's change again :D. New ones in bold.
