I'm wondering if it would work if you wanted to plan a cheat meal once in awhile to help get rid of some of the calories. Does it start to work after a certain amount of time where you could also plan to be by a bathroom? or is random when it starts working? If I took it one day, would I have to worry the next day about anything coming out?

Another TMI- You might just grease-poo your pants...Yes, ringmaster, it did start at random for me. If you're going to take the pills, I would just say this:
Word to the wise, never trust your farts on Alli.
My mother-in-law tried it. She said she was glued to the toilet and pooping orange. Gross right? Who wants to be AFRAID of eating something wrong, because you might end up needing to rush to the bathroom. Most people spend hours out of the house everyday, and sometimes a bathroom is not an option. I'd never want to take that chance.
If you follow the Alli recommended (low calorie, low fat) diet without touching the pills, you will lose weight... For free! I love free!
FREE, No side effects, no chemicals in your body, no disruptions of your body's natural process of nutrient absorbtion...no umm...issues in the potty...enough said.
