Day 1 DONE!
First day of working out DONE! I started doing Turbo fire today it was pretty hard but I did it! Before working out I took my first set of now/before pics and man am I pretty disgusted with myself. Those will not be posted anytime soon! But thats ok cause I know it takes time and I know I can do it! :D

great job getting started! :) Also good for you for taking before pics! Even if you never show them to anyone they're a great way to track your progress. You're going to need them!

Hello Virginia neighbor! I completely support taking pics at Day 1. Although I was horrified when I took mine I am so glad I did. And I also recommend keeping one pair of pants and one shirt from your current woredrobe because when you start going down sizes you'll take these out and be SHOCKED that you ever fit into them. :)

Misty you may already know this but I've found many people don't so I repeat it constantly.
Exercise is fantastic but fat loss or gain is primarily about the calories you consume. Bottom line is exercise doesn't burn that many calories and does nothing to speed up your metabolism. As a personal example - when I started this weight loss journey I worked out six days a week. After a month I had lost zero lbs. |
