I didn't eat all that much, but I did snack a bit more than I liked during the day. I didn't count my calories on Christmas and Christmas Eve, but I got right back on track yesterday. I plan on eating a little low for a few days to make up for indulging on those two days.
I'm proud of myself that I got right back on track. I had ~1500 calories yesterday and I figure today and tomorrow can also be low cal and then right back to maintenance.
Then again that all depends on today's weigh in... I haven't weighed in yet
but yesterday's weigh in was good, so I'm not concerned
