I weigh 145-148 pounds, i'm 5'4 and 18. How much should I be eating to lose weight?
The first time I started 'dieting' I would eat 1200-1400 cals, lose like 6 pounds and binge eat and gain it all back. So I was thinking 1500-1600 calories a day. I sit around most of the day and only get max 1 hour of exercise (dancing). So what do you guys recommend?
