I am so glad you are back and that falling off the wagon did not discourage you from trying again! :D You have the knowledge and tools to do this! It doesn't appear as if you have gotten back to your highest weight of 174 so that in and of itself is great! I know it's hard to restart a journey around the holiday's so don't give up if you are not exactly on plan every single day. It'll be hard to resist temptation but I believe if we do we'll be better people for it!
