Im shouting from the rooftops and doing my happy dance I was able to come across an online OA meeting site, where you can join online meeting chats..and it works! Ive gone on to three of the tonight and i feel a lot better then when i first begun..i think its actually what ive needed all along and just didnt think existed because my town doesnt have face to face meetings.. i didnt know online meetings even existed..but praise god..i feel a bit more free...im going to try combining meetings with exercise and eating..and see how that goes..or maybe just eating and meetings and see how it works out..one step at a time.

Small steps at first is probably the best, focus on your eating plan and keep up with OA, get that locked down and the exercise will fall into place after.
