sometimes you make decisions that you're not too proud of after the fact, but that's life! just focus on doing better the next day and eat healthy foods that you actually like. hope this helps.

Unna I might actually just try the weighing thing at home for curiosities sake! I do lose weight on even 1900 cal a day but I am trying to be 100% on plan for 1600 calories for 4 weeks which is why I think I was a bit disappointed, but I guess I relieved myself of that craving and it hasn't come back since so I don't feel so guilty anymore!
