Unna I might actually just try the weighing thing at home for curiosities sake! I do lose weight on even 1900 cal a day but I am trying to be 100% on plan for 1600 calories for 4 weeks which is why I think I was a bit disappointed, but I guess I relieved myself of that craving and it hasn't come back since so I don't feel so guilty anymore! |
