Has anyone been successful doing WW and Atkins together?

I've been doing Atkins induction to jump start my motivation. I'm enjoying it more than I expected; but my intentions had been to go to Weight Watchers (again). So it occured to me that I might be able to combine the two plans.

Has anyone tried this? Did you have improved results?
