Here I come again 3fc
At the beginning of the year, I decided to lose weight. By this time in the year, I had hoped to lose about 70lbs. Now I had to ask myself what went wrong? I started dating my ex and he loved taking me out. At first I was still watching what I ate, but eventually I gave in and quit exercising. Then I started my job in where I work nights an had no energy in the day and I stopped jogging. Bottom line was I did not set my priority of my health first an that's completely on me. Now I am at my heaviest. I gained 40 lbs! So, when I was seeing the scale go up, I still did nothing but pittied myself. Now I can accept I screwed up and that I don't have to be a failure. I am feeling good about getting on my feet (often swollen). One bad habit I need to break is when I do not eat at all or very little during the day and when I am working I eat all the wrong things. I think that slowed my metabolism down greatly. Anyways, you guys have given me so much support before I hope you can do it again. Buenas suerte to us all!
