Right there with you...this weekend I was a low calorie vaccuum. I couldn't seem to stop with the cravings (though I did stick with low cal foods). It gets really bad sometimes when I start craving cake icing!

Exercise has helped me a lot. It seems to help me keep the cravings down...

HAHA! That made me chuckle!

I use to eat everything that I could get my hands on :D! Now I try to be aware of how I'm feeling and just allow myself more protein.

Periods are poopy. : (

I'm glad some people put some tips on how to deal with their period-evilness. Does anyone have any easy workouts to do while you're on your period? I find that if I push myself too hard I just make my lower stomach hate me.

I hate my period. I always feel great about eatting healthy and excersicing a few days before but the day that it starts i feel bloated and all restraint and self control is gone. Then of coarse when it's over i feel like poop for letting myself get off plan just for my period. I hate TOM.

The water weight gain is always the worse. I have read alot saying to avoid caffiene helps with the cramps, and I also read that the best way to prevent water weight gain is to drink more water and stay away from high sodium foods. As far as exercises, I like to continue to workout because my cravings get out of control and if I just sit at home I will want to gorge on chocolate. I like to do the elliptical very lightly and then something like arms because that doesn't involve my stomach or lower body.
