Hey guys!
I joined this forum a while back, but never really did anything on here. About a year ago, I was really disgusted with myself and my unhealthy eating and exercising habits and was really dedicated. Then, my life went through a lot of changes . . .some good and some bad and my energy and focus were lost. But now I'm back, a few pounds heavier and ready to start again. Thanks for this encouraging thread, btw.
