I count calories and sort of do the zig-zagging thing? The days I do not work out I eat 1200-1300 and the days I work out ( cardio and recently added strength training ) I eat 1500. I'm a little worried about how much I am actually burning off since ellipticals and any other cardio machine are notoriously known for over estimating the calories burnt off. I must admit getting out of 170s are proving a little difficult to move past.
