Everyone Weigh in 09/30/11

    Me: 220, up a pound and a half from last week.
  • 9/30/11 - 242.8

    Down 5.6 pounds for the week.
  • 237.4, down 2 this week.
  • 125.8 I've been stuck around 124.6-126 for over a week now. The scale isn't moving much. I only lost a little over 4 lb this month.
  • 225- same as last week. Its been really hard for me to loose weight now that college has started up again and its getting me discouraged.
  • 212...down 2 from last Friday. I went up to 216 and was stuck there for a while...thank goodness for a whoosh!
  • I'm at 168 today.
  • 231.4 -- not too bad
  • this is my first time posting

    175.4 today versus being 220 five months ago.
  • Good job letsgethealthy!! What are you doing to lost the weight?
  • I count calories and sort of do the zig-zagging thing? The days I do not work out I eat 1200-1300 and the days I work out ( cardio and recently added strength training ) I eat 1500. I'm a little worried about how much I am actually burning off since ellipticals and any other cardio machine are notoriously known for over estimating the calories burnt off. I must admit getting out of 170s are proving a little difficult to move past.
  • We have very similar methods! Hopefully I can do as well as you have.
