This happens to me about 3 times a week. I keep a bag of Hershey's kisses in the freezer. One, Kiss, is enough.

By the time, I've let that one kiss melt in my mouth and swallowed it, it's enough.

For me, it's not about the amount of sweet somethings, it's just that I get it. One kiss takes care of it.

I would rather eat the one kiss and count it than wander around the kitchen or lunch room picking at stuff that would amount to more calories or WW PP than are in the one kiss.
