Weekends are the hardest. It's good to plan out what you'll be doing food wise as well as exercise. Get your family involved. This summer I made mine hike, they didn't like it, but by the end of the summer they saw that mom was thinner, happier and healthier. Believe it or not, it makes a big difference even if it looks like they don't notice or care. Make it a family affair and it seems less like a one person struggle.
