I'm actually a barista for a coffee shop, and another option besides just iced brewed coffee would be an iced cafe au lait (or cafe misto at starbucks). It's just half brewed coffee, half milk-but it's more similar to a latte than just a brewed coffee because there is more milk. Obviously, you'd still want to do skim milk with it, but it'd cut down on the calories without sacrificing a ton of the milkiness/creaminess that people like with lattes. Also, it's cheaper!
