3rd Weigh In - Now At 414

  • Today was my 3rd weigh in. Missed my goal by 2 pounds, but I still lost 3. Only made it to the gym 1 time last week and made some bad eating choices this weekend, but overall, still happy that the scale is moving backwards.
  • Way to go! Every pound helps!!! You should be proud of yourself for still losing even if you had a bad meal or two - it shows you're really dedicated to keepin' on even if you stumble once or twice.
  • Great job! The first week I lost, the second week I gained (had more than a few stumbles that week!). So you're doing wonderfully. Keep up the great work!
