YES. That happens to me. And when I began eating healthier, the first food to make me sick afterwards was pizza. It totally sucks sometimes, because pizza is tasty. Now that I've begun eating clean (its only been a week) though, I don't even crave the bad foods anymore.

Honestly, the pizza tasted good but it was not worth it. Other then feeling like crap all day I've been craving junk all day. We spent the day at my moms and she is the worst for keeping junk in the house. I did really well and stayed OP but there is an ice cream sandwhich in my freezer that is SCREAMING my name right now. |
I've definitely noticed this too. After eating restaurant foods or any kind of junk my stomach goes crazy, I feel tired, miserable and get b*tchy. I also now when I am bloated, I am way more aware that my stomach is all distended. Sometimes I am even stuck on the bathroom - TMI? A really weird thing that I have just started to notice is that my teeth actually ache when I eat something to sweet.

I guess since I really didn't change my diet (except eat less), junk food doesn't bother me (I don't eat it that often, it's a sometimes thing). In fact, you can rip the pizza from my cold, dead fingers :D That's one of the things I'll NEVER give up :dizzy:
Of course, I'm 23. I suppose what I can eat now will not be true in 20 years :rofl: Instead I find I get fuller on smaller amounts of food. I think at this point my stomach is used to getting less, so I no longer need massive amounts of food to fill it up. |
