Hahaha, I do the same thing every time I haul in cat litter. :D I'll be dragging it up 3 flights of stairs, feeling the plastic strap handle of the 20 lb box cutting off circulation in my fingers, and thinking 'damn I've lost more weight than this thing weighs?!'

wow! I know it's hard to do for myself too, but give yourself credit for all the great changes you've made. :D:carrot::carrot: it takes a lot of perseverance and will and focus and work.

The ponytail hair is also not flattering to my face, so recently, I've started doing a double french braid. It's great in my spinning class because it keeps the little hairs that would escape the ponytail out of my face and it isn't the normal flat, boring, pony tail.

that is a great accomplishment in just 6 months!!! The second 1/3 will really make a great change in you I am sure and you will really feel like you are getting closer to your goal! And the last 1/3 will just be shaping parts up. Great job!
