In terms of weight, 150 is what I remember being a good weight for me. It would, I think, get my chest back to a more manageable size.
I seem to keep sabotaging myself on my way there though, so I might need to go talk to someone to work on my insides, in addition to sticking with WW. |
My goals are to lose 100 lbs, build muscle and tone up. I have never worked out the way I do now, so I know when I get closer to my "ideal" goal weight, my body will be different than before (I was 135 before having children).

To be a average weight.
To attract more male attention. To wear the cute clothes I like. |
Just want to be 145 by Christmas... yeah its a pretty aggressive goal but I think I can do it

I want to see myself thin. I've never really been thin, never considered myself thin. I'm curious as to how I'll look. 150 will put me about twenty-five pounds thinner than I've ever been. I might try to get down to 140.
I also want to be able to do things outside without having to think about whether they're going to be too hard. |
my main goal is just keep losing... and not gain it back! I weighed myself today and I have lost 10 lbs! It feels great and I can't wait to drop another 10!

I found an old doctors chart that said I was 62kg as a teen. I of course thought I was super fat at the time. I want to be that weight again. Ideally I would want to reach 60kg (132lbs) and then just maintain at 60-62kg (132-136lbs). But they always say.. The last 10 pounds are always hard to get rid off.

To get back to being nice and slim, as I was in my teens and twenties.

Well, my short-term goal is to lose about 12lbs, which would bring me down to 150. I'm at about 162 now, my highest ever. 150 is where I was for a few years, and even if I only achieved that I'd be happy.
Long-term, though, I'd like to be 125-135 like I was about 6 yrs ago. I was a teen, so of course I didn't appreciate how good I looked... I want to get back there and not take it for granted! |
