in need of serious help
 

I have just recently been told by my doctor that I have pcos. To make matters worse, I also discovered that I have type 2 diabetes...

Needless to say, I'm at wits end trying to figure out what I can do. Any and all help will be much appreciated please.

Doctor put me on 1000mg glucophage a day.
