Personally, I count calories from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep. If I go to sleep at 2am, anything I eat at 1am goes onto the previous day.

I wouldn't skip breakfast. Your calories for yesterday were very low, even with the sandwich.

Thanks! Yea i think that would be the easiest way for me to count my calorie intake. I work on weekends til 2am so Im used to staying up very late and its really hard to not eat. :S

Plus, eating breakfast gets your metabolism started for the day, so you burn more during the time after you eat breakfast!

I agree with everyone else, count it with your calories since you woke up. BUT it wouldn't matter. If you had 700 calories one day and 1700 the next, it's the same as 1200 each day, (pulling numbers out of the air here.) Don't stress it.

I would count it with the day before. If you want to eat b'fast I think you should. If you don't want to, though, there's no reason to eat b'fast. A lot of people lose great without it.
