To the OP:
I feel yer pain! I wanna lose faster too! - I'm a noted impatient-type person, so this s-l-o-w weight loss has been soooo hard for me! I am also losing about 1/4 lb to a 1/2 lb per week. But I keep reminding myself...day after day after day... "it's coming off; what I'm doing is working! I'm losing it!...it's coming off..." And I would rather lose it slowly than not at all...or worse, gain! Eeeek! :yikes: Nope, don't want that!!! :D |
I say workout more, 30 mins per day at this point just isn't going to cut it since you're already a pretty low weight. More cardio and weights. It's what works for me.

If I could lose a pound a week--August 24, 2012, I would weigh 52 pounds less than I do now. I could live with that :)
