This week I will start to use my meal record book again and stop binging and stop eating out of boredom and drink the correct amount of water everyday! My husband and I want a baby and that is my motivation to make this happen!!!

This week I will: ~ do strength training Mon, Wed, and Fri ~ Cardio at least 3 days this week ~ Try to stay as close to plan foods as possible (no money, so have to eat what we have for kids when my stuff runs out) ~ Not allow stress to be an excuse to fall off my goals for the week :D |
