I have reached my first goal.... 30 pounds DOWN! :woohoo:

Woo Hoo! Congrats girl! Don't worry about how long it takes, I lose slowly too. It has taken me almost 6 months to lose 35 lbs and now I am stuck, losing and gaining the same two pounds. Ugh.

35 lbs in six months is good!!! - it took me EIGHT MONTHS TO LOSE 12 POUNDS! (started calorie counting in January at 174 lbs)
