Hi all I was whipped yesterday and I stayed till 8 because the book club met after hours. WE had 155 today

Hey guys.....just checking in before bed. Actually Thin, her idea of lite ingredients was using skim milk in the muffin mix. :lol: However, she did it for me, so that was nice. It was out of a simple Martha White chocolate chip muffin mix, but she made 6 muffins instead of the recipe's call for 5. We did the math, and it was a three point muffin but well worth it. :T Very tasty indeed.
Kat: Wooo Hooo! 4 pounds! That is awesome! You go girl......I knew you could do it! :high: I also got something at Walmart last night that was really good. I bought a fat free, sugar free angelfood cake. The serving size on the cake was 1/5 and it was 90 calories, 0 fat grams & 3 grams of fiber. The whole cake was only 450 calories! Not that I would eat the whole cake, but I thought that was so good! I cut it into 8 equal pieces (it works out to be 1 pt. per piece) and cut up about 5 strawberries and put them on top of it and put some FF cool whip on it and it was an awesome treat for about 2 pts! I also had something really good for supper tonight I wanted to share......Yesterday, I was browning some ground turkey with chopped onions, (for hamburger helper) and I took out 4 oz. of the turkey when it was done and put it in a container. Tonight I took it out and heated it up for a couple of seconds and spread out 2 oz. of WOW tortilla chips on a plate, covered the chips with the turkey/onion mixture and then melted four slices of FF cheese on top of it and it was delicious!! I don't know if I've had better nachos! :T You've got to try it. It was 10 pts. but well worth it. Well this post was supposed to be short because I'm about to go do my walking video, but as you guys know, seems like nothing I ever say is short and sweet. :lol: Hope you are all having a great night and I will check in with you in the morning. I'd better hurry up with this post... I wouldn't want to miss any chance at a BIG 'N TASTY tonight! :lol: Just wanted to thank all my lovelies for the congratulations! Still want to go another 5+ pounds so I'm still in full diet mode. AND... even after that, there's no chance you ladies will be getting rid of me... I'm here to stay! :)
Kat: Woohoo! 4 pounds is amazing! Take those pounds lost and FLY with them all the way to goal! Losing weight is awesome inspiration to keep losing... if that makes sense to ya! :) Tina: Your post made me hungry! :lol: I'm gonna keep that strawberry shortcake idea for a lite dessert idea next time we have company! Where has this week gone? I've been home sick, that's where it's gone...I have to go back to work tonight, I'm actually getting a little stir crazy!
Miss Thin and i chatted briefly last night...she shared her knowledge of how to keep your color without have to click on it each time! You know how I love my "Thong Blue," Lucky! Tina...Just because Chatty made you a muffin doesn't mean she's not a motormouth! Or that you're a mean and hateful person...you ATE the muffin, didn't you? You showed your gratitude! If you were mean, you would have thrown it at her! Better yet, stuffed it in her mouth to stop her from talking...(now who's being mean and evil :devil: Sara...I'll bet those B&T's are better minus 100+ lbs! ;) :love: Baylee...I'm glad you're liking the day shift...:flow2: Mary...Lots of traffic in your library! I was thinking that it would be nice to do a weekly tally of everyones weight loss, from the beginning of the year, and then at the end of the year, we can tell how much we have lost as a group, you know like the Chub Club Rosie O'Donnell was doing on her show. So it would look something like this.
