Getting back on track!

    Oh, this sounds like me. When I lose weight and get to a "normal weight" for me, I some how forget what a struggle it was to get to that normal weight. I actually just got started back working out after not wanting to do it for 2-3 weeks and I have to say that I feel much better after working out than not.
