I love your blog. Chuckled at the husband and the camera. I wanted to ask you aboutyour work out for your triceps. I have flabby triceps and was wondering what would be the best exercises to help make them not so flabby?

Thanks! Well, I have bat wings, no doubt about it, but that's from loose skin and remaining fat. So, while my actual muscle is firming up and making my arms look 'better', they are far from perfection, but they are better than before I started doing weight training.

I'm doing BodyPump, a Les Mills class and the do bench work and other tricep weight work. My triceps are the strongest muscles in my arms, but don't look to me for losing flabby arms. I figure I'll have bat wings forever since I was overweight for so long and that's my weakest point anyway (well, and my gut too).

Thanks for letting me know what your workout is for your arms. I didn't think that I would get rid of all of it, but I would like for them to look better.
