    I AM LOSING WEIGHT!!!!

    I lost 4lbs in my first weigh in...ok so it wasn't a huge amount ( like 8lbs) still its 4 lbs gone!

    GREAT JOB! 4 pounds is 4 pounds! WooP WooP!

    I have lost about 5 pounds this week 11 total since I joined on the 17th of July. Thats only 10 days ago. (cheesin =D) I'm super happy about it and SO glad I finally found some where that offers real support and advice etc. Keep up the great work!
