I've been on and off the forums for years. Always drawn back to this wonderful group of supportive people. Hoping to give as much support as I get. Not ready to make any big declarations about diet/exercise, I just know that there is a lot of stuff I need to figure out and the struggle with the weight and the struggle to combat mild depression and the struggle to define my goals for my future and the struggle for lasting happiness are all connected. So, I am back and I will see you around the forums :)
