Down net 1 pound to 177.2. (Was up 1 pound to 179 last week from 178) That .2 is annoying me, lol, since I usually round my weight to whole pounds. 176.8 would be have been nice :) Tomorrow I leave for a weeklong vacation and expect it will be a few weeks before I see another drop :(

I haven't weighed in in two weeks since I was out of town with no scale, and I was last at 198.5 and this morning weighed 194. Down 4.5 lbs. and beyond thrilled.

My goal weight is 114 pounds.
