Needing a good push to get back on track!
I started dieting last month and tried a diet that helped me drop from 135 to 130 then when i started to just stay healthy and watch calories i started to continue, made it to 127 and started going through relationship issues and lost all focus and started back on caffine and not watching calories. Im 30 now so didnt get to thrown off but really need some motivation to hit my 120 goal.
