Weight loss has stalled
 

I am so frustrated, I have totally hit a wall with my weight loss. I would like to lose 80-90 lbs total and I have been stuck at 28 for 3 or 4 weeks now. I'm not gaining either, so that is good...but the number on the scale isn't going down either which sucks. I think I need to be more patient, but it's so hard!!!

I am doing a 5k in one month (eeek), and about to start training pretty hard (well, hard for me). Hopefully that will jump-start a little more weight loss.

You're not alone. I'm stuck, too. We just can't give up!

Just be patient! Sometimes that is the hardest thing. You might be losing inches while your weight is stable at the moment. Are you keeping track of that?
