with my mentaility, ive learnt from past experinces, i cant cheat :(
Im quite competitive & "this time" im using that bit of my personality , to almost compete against myself. Fat self V Diet self. I also know that if its worth doing its worth doing properally, & i know i AM one to throw the"baby out with the bathwater" if i start to cheat. What im finding really usefull, this time around, is useing IF/ESE around socail events. Ive also instead ofjust committing/aiming for a "weight" , ive committed myself to this for a year. I NEED to try to change my mind set to food/ & learn exactly how myself & body reacts to eating different things & what works best for me. Only then can i move forward & not get fat again. I CAN diet , I CAN lose weight, & easily (in the main). Personally id try not to cheat over "two days" , just plan in a IF or abit of C.Cycling, when you require it. I do believe that planning honestly takes the joy out of it. One thing i find really motivates me NOT to cheat is the huge pileoftrousers i have to try on, & seeing the improvement. If i feel hungrey & feel like snacking .....i do that instead! |
