Jonesie, everyone's been so helpful, I knew I couldn't be in this boat alone. And you look so great, you're a thinspiration.
What I decided I'm going to do is to have a general plan: I'm not going to eat beyond my alloted calories, I'm going to have a plan for what I will be eating and how many calories those foods are (I'll measure to the best of my ability), and I'll bring a healthy dish so I know if all else fails, I can eat something. You guys have been so so so helpful. Really, thanks! I managed today's bbq no real problem, and hopefully tomorrow's (and the rest of the summer's...) will work out. :hug: |
