I was uncertain if this question had been answered on 3fc--I'm sure it has, but here's a refresher for anyone interested.

This is ABSOLUTELY what I've been trying to get across since day 1!!! It's true...I can attest ( I eat 9-12 times/day) and have lost 55 lbs in 7 months!:D

I think it's good advice, the the titles a bit misleading. You really can't eat more than other reputable diets suggest. It's just recommending eating bulkier food. It's a point I totally agree with. But you still need the calorie deficit to lose, it's just recommending not letting the deficit get to be too big.
