Question Summer is coming up! My goal?

What are your goals for summer? Do you have a target weight you'd like to be by then? Or do you want to try and maintain?

I'd like to lose 10lb by June/during June. I recently left here for a while, did okay, maintained for a while. Then I had a little binge. I caught on, stopped myself, and weighed in before I could do anymore damage. I put back on 7lb. I'm not even upset, because it could have been MUCH much worse (and I ate BADLY. Junior mints, gummy bears, cornbread, etc)! I feel that even though I took as step backwards scale-wise, I'm really getting better at this whole bettering-myself thing. It was the first binge in several months. I need to try a little harder, though...So I will. Just means I'm not 100% in control yet, but I'll get there!

So as of today I am 168lb exactly. I'd like see 159 by June. What do you guys think? Doable? (Keep in mind I am on my adderall again. I stopped taking it for a while again, but now I'm back on it.)

I'm only 28ish lb away from my goal weight, I can't wait. But...then I start all over and have another 15lb to lose to get to 125 lol. But hey! I'm not complaining.

9 lbs? Totally do-able. Just get back in there!

Definitely doable! And then you will still have most of the summer to enjoy it, or lose more.

My initial goal is/was to get to 147.5 by May 1. So i need to lose 4 more pounds. Once i get below 150 it starts to become hard. I will have to be vigilant. Over the summer i'd like to lose a few more...145 would be great, 142 would be insanely awesome...but most of all i just don't want to gain anything back once i get to 147.5.

4 more lb? You can do it, keep going !

And yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I started out heavier than you, but my first GW is similar (140.) Seems like 150 is so close and yet so far...and that getting OUT of the 150s is just a dream! But we can both do it <3

My goal for june 1st is 130lbs. I'm at 143 right now. I think i can get to 140 pretty easily..its those lbs between 140-130 that are super super hard for me to break through for some reason.

Hey Ladies-
How is it all goin?

I am hoping I can get to 160lbs by June! I have a big frame, so I think at 160 I would feel comfortable in a bikini!! Wooohooo! That would be 9 pounds for me! I am on it!!

Ok, it'll actually be winter for me but my goal is to get out of the obese category (5lbs). My weight loss has been extremely slow lately, so I'm not sure it's realistic but here's hoping!!

Be in a size 12 by May 28th... which is my date for high school graduation.

Other than that... to be in onederland by that time would be great as well.

My goal is less about an amount of weight and more about: I'd love to look awesome in a zebra print Victoria's Secret bikini I bought around Christmas! Even if it takes me until the end of the summer to do it...I will do it! Good luck to everyone!

I have some goals but I tend not to reach targets so they are loose goals. I'd like to be at my "Pre-Marital Bliss Weight" by the first week of May so that's about seven pounds in the next month. Then I'd love to lose another 10lbs by the end of June but we'll see. I'm going on a hiking trip so it would be nice to be around 125lbs at that point. That may be a bit high though but I'll shoot for it and see what I can accomplish.

I don't have a summer goal, but I do have a fall goal. I'm aiming to lose another 50 pounds by my birthday in September. That's roughly 10 pounds per month. I know it's doable - just have to keep it up!

My first anniversary is in October, five weeks later. If I can be down another 10 pounds by then, I'd be super happy.

I was just thinking I would really like to break through 164 before summer. Not sure if I can get it done though!
