I walked for 35 minutes on my lunch break and tracked breakfast and lunch so far. I also have my pilates class this evening. So far so good!

1. Got up an hour early this morning to workout since I knew I wouldn't be able to do it during lunch like usual
2. Went to O'Charley's for lunch with my coworkers and did not eat any of those delicious rolls 3. Took 1/2 of my lunch to go to have for a meal later |
