help needs support and humor
help: i am a longtime ww member, tried about everything else out there. joined a gym last year. finally decided i just need to be sensible, get my bod moving and put the fork down.
i need any comments, suggestions etc. before i become totally grossed out by myself. thanks:dizzy: :?: |
