Fresh Start..Im a newbie :-)
 

Hello everyone! I actually used to be on this site like 3 or 4 years ago, but my old account name was I guess deactivated and wouldn't let me post, soo I decided to get a new, fresh start :-)

Im back, heavier than ever..but thats okay lol

I had a HUGE binge to start off my day..Im actually still feeling sick from it, and I wrote about it in the chicks in control thread, but I wanted to say hello in the support thread sice this is where Ive been reading :-)

Im NOT gonna wait until tomorrow to start..Im gonna start right now, In spite of that awful binge.

What are some good calorie accountability threads? (where you write what you ate)?
