Thanks guys! I still feel kinda bad but there's nothing I can really do about it now because its already done lol. I weigh in this morning and was up (266) as i expected. I was a lil down but couldnt really blame anyone but myself. So what did i do? I went to the gym lol. I got in a pretty good cardio workout and i have another one planned later with my Get Fit team. I absolutely HATE how im feeling about myself, so now i know how to fight the urges to binge. It's not worth feeling pretty crappy about yourself! Again, thanks for all the encouragement...especially that post Pint

Almost forgot....after i got home last night i was REALLY feeling bad about the binge. So....i went into my closet and got rid of all the clothes that were too big or didnt fit me right anymore. I guess i did that so I wouldnt have a reason to go back!

Getting rid of the too-big clothes is an excellent idea MzJuicyD - it'll make you think twice if you don't have a "reserve" of "fat clothes" for the morning after a bad eating day!
