Good job on putting the rest of the cookies aside. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to enjoy them if they are a treat that you really enjoy. So now you can use them to help you practice moderation and allowing yourself reasonable treats etc. It's all just part of a larger plan of sustainable weight loss, right?
