So, I stepped on the scale this morning for my unofficial official weigh-in day, and was down nearly two pounds from yesterday, one-half pound total loss from last week. I will take it!

I used to have crazy weight fluctuations (back in the day)...but that was when my sodium count was through the roof.

Now that I consume 1500-1800mgs of sodium daily (which isn't incredibly low believe it or not)...my weight does not fluctuate all over the place...not even during my TOM...

That said, I usually have a CHEAT MEAL once per week/bi-weekly which consists of high fat, high sodium meal (Jamaican Food, Pizza or Chinese). I weigh myself the day following the CHEAT meal and my weight is ALWAYS up a lb or two. My weight does not return until the 2nd day and usually drops to an all time low on the 3rd day. It does this like clockwork!:o

SODIUM = silent motivation killer

Just my 2 cents!:D

As I thought!;) Thanks for reporting back!:D

I loathe my scale today. I was at 280.6 last week. I haven't gone over my calories. However, yesterday, my scale claimed 286.6. I had more carbs than usual over the weekend, so I know that's what did it, but I still think that flashing number is just EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!

100% agree. Here is my stats:
Week # 1 135 lb - 132 lb
Week # 2 132 lb - 131 lb
Week # 3 134 lb - 129 lb
Week # 4 131 lb - 127 lb
Week # 5 131 lb - 127 lb stall:chin:

As you can see every week I have new low number and my higher number doesn’t matter much to me as I know as long as I am on the plan and don’t give up it is not real fat, but rather water. Hope it helps.
