I just wanted to say to everyone here trying to lose weight that it is totally possible. YOu have got to have will and determination and it will happen for you. If anyone has twitter please get in contact with me and call on me in times of need.

I owe my happiness to this site. The people on here are absolutely amazing, some of the nicest and selfless people I have ever encountered in my whole life.

Thanks for posting! This site is amazing, helpful, and inspiring. I lost over 100 pounds in 2007, but now I've gained back 80. I've been having trouble getting motivated, so I came back to 3FC and it's helping a lot! We who are struggling really need to hear success stories like yours. You look great!

@SkiniJeni You'll get it off again! I guarentee If you have the drive, and the will power it'll happen easily. The forum helped me the most i think.

Welcome back! I have been on here only a month and I agree the people are amazing. I have tried to lose weight for a year now and I am begining trying again with this site which I found when I was desperate. This time everyone is noticing a difference in my eating habits and it is because of this site.
