What's your feb mini goal???

My mini goals are:
Lose 5 pounds and get under 200
Find a new low calorie dish that I love
Exercise 4 days a week or more every week

I'd like to get back to where I was before the holidays- 153! This morning I was 157.4 so basically I'd like to lose 4.5 lbs. Good luck ladies!

Well I may be a little too ambitious lol. My feb goal or goals are to drop 10 pounds and start jogging. Its going to be extremely difficult for me because I've ALWAYS hated to run lol

It's a bit of a reach for me since i'm at 140 this morning..but my goal is to get down to 134 which is what I weighed a year and half ago when I got married. 6lbs in one month for me will take A LOT of hard work that i'm not sure i'm motivated enough to do.

to run a mile without stopping (outside not a threadmill) and to see the 170's by march 1st

Well, I have a mini goal coming up of 185 by Feb 9th. I'm not going to weight in until that day. (I hope, of I can stay off the scale) After that weigh in I'll set my March 1st goal.

My Feb goal is too lose 5 lbs. I want to lose 1 lb a week.

You may find more joy in doing a physical activity you can enjoy. If you do something you hate you likely wont stay the course. Consider power-walking to get your momentum going and then jog if you wish. Whatever you choose make it fun.

There are only 4 weeks in Feb. ;)

My goal is to lose 4 pounds. Today I'm 181 (weirdly bloated & icky stomach) so I'd like to be at 177.

And I'd like to do sit ups and hand weights at least twice a week.

Bac0s you are so close you'll definitely get there for sure if you stick to plan. It might be a week or two too soon but seriously congratulations!
